Michael founded Crawford Technology Consulting over a decade ago with a simple goal: help large enterprises modernize their document and communication systems without tearing everything down. Before that, he spent around 8 years leading digital transformation teams at major insurers and banks across Europe.

He is known for his hands-on leadership—whether that means sketching a new workflow on a whiteboard or rolling up his sleeves during system migrations. Under his direction, CrawfordTech has launched flagship platforms integrating AI-driven PDF automation, secure multichannel delivery, and deep audit compliance. His passion for zero-defect output and transparency in communications helped land clients in finance and healthcare who were seeking robust yet low-risk solutions.
